Are the church traditions that you are following Biblical?

And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews. These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. (Acts 17:10-11)

If the church traditions that you follow align with the Scriptures, very well.  If one or more traditions contradict the Scripture, it is time for a change.  This may mean trying to persuade your church leadership to change unbiblical church traditions. This may, in some cases, especially when the church leadership refuses to change such traditions, even mean to attend a different church.
